What type of cookies does Cookie Crazy sell?
We sell Hand Decorated Sugar Cookies. We offer a variety of packaging from individually wrapped, boxed or bouquets plus specialty themed arrangements as shown in our gallery. We have cookies for many occasions.
How much does it cost to buy a Cookie Crazy Cookie?
Our very competitive prices vary according to the size and design of the cookie, and the quantity ordered. A firm quote will be given at the time of order. Prices start at $2.00 for a single small cookie. Larger cookies start at $2.50 and Cookie Pops from $3.00. Delivery Cost is additional.
Similar prices to most local bakeries for a much prettier product that is very tasty. Custom design cookies or urgent orders incur an additional fee.
Is there a minimum order for cookies?
Yes, minimum orders of one packaged item or 12 individually wrapped cookies.(For individual cookies, minimums of 1 colour range per 6 cookies. Example: 6 Red Cars.) All cookies are carefully hand decorated so there is a limited amount of cookies we can make at short notice. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can book you in.Please feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.
How long does it take to get the cookies
Cookie Crazy require up to 7 days from the time your order is confirmed to bake and deliver in the Sydney Metropolitan area (we allow up to 2 delivery days). Regional NSW or Interstate may require additional delivery time. We would appreciate as much notice as possible as there are many occasions to cater for throughout the year and we like to be prepared.
What if I have a large order?
For large orders (150 plus) more notice is required. All cookies are carefully hand decorated so there is a limited amount of cookies we can make at short notice. If you let us know ahead of time we can book you in so you don’t miss out. Minimum of 50% Deposit is required at the time of your Order Confirmation.
How can I pay for my cookies?
Cookie Crazy will invoice you for your order. You can pay by direct deposit or Credit Cards using PayPal. We require a 50% deposit for orders. These details will be arranged at the time of your order confirmation.
How much does it cost to get the cookies delivered?
Delivery is dependent on location. For Sydney Metro a Flat rate of $11 is charged for Cookie Boxes ( 12 or 24 Cookies) and Bouquets. Please contact us for a quote. We currently only deliver within Australia.
How long do the cookies last for?
Cookie Crazy Cookies are labelled with a best before shelf life of 35 days to guarantee the quality. We use fresh ingredients like real butter, fresh eggs, and flour with no preservatives. All cookies come individually wrapped in cello bags. Cookie Pops are sealed with curling ribbon.
What is the best way to store the cookies?
Cookies are best stored in a cool dry place in the original packaging or an air tight container.
Is there a Cancellation Policy?
Yes. Full refund: If two weeks’ notice is given prior delivery date. 50% refund: If notice given is less than two weeks prior to delivery. No Refund: If less than 48 hours or no notice given at all prior to delivery date. All notice must be made by speaking to the Manager. Email and voicemail messages will not be accepted for cancellations.
Do you bake Christmas Cookies?
Yes, Christmas time is extremely busy please place your orders early to avoid disappointment. You can book at any time of the year to make sure you get your order. Take a look at our Gallery to view what we have so far. (The 30cm tall, stacked ‘Cookie Tree’ is only available for delivery in the Sutherland Shire.)
